Edits save as you leave each field. Tick kids and use Move to to put them in another division. A move made here is pinned: a SportsEngine registration won't move them back to the program the family picked. Lock pins a status the same way.
Until the webhook is live, export the registration report from SportsEngine HQ as CSV and drop it here. Needs First Name, Last Name and the program / division column; Date of Birth and Season help. Each row is placed the same way a webhook is.

Teams comes from field slots and coaches you have; capacity is teams × roster size. SE program words are matched against the program name a family picks in SportsEngine (comma-separated, e.g. minors, minor league). Ages are league ages, used to age last season's kids up and to flag kids registered in the wrong division. Draft board relays that division's registrations to the Majors draft board.
Paste from a spreadsheet or CSV with a header row: Name (or First / Last), Birthdate, Division, Team. Optional Next Division overrides placement. Each kid becomes an Expected returner holding a seat, placed by league age (staying put while still eligible), else in the same division. Kids older than every division are skipped.
SportsEngine registrations for any other year are filed under “Other years” and don't take a seat.
